Hooray! While it is hard for us as foster parents to say goodbye to a kitty that we’ve loved and cared for for weeks or months at a time (or longer), we know that our homes are only stepping stones along the path to the cat’s forever home. So we kiss their soft ears and noses and wish them happy lives with their new families, full of toys and noms and soft places to sleep – and especially love. And once in a while we look back at their pictures to remember the beautiful and unique characters they are!
